These Subscription & Cancellation Terms (“Subscription Terms”) apply to paid subscriptions for Chaven, a service offered by Chaven House LLC (“Chaven House,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Subscription Terms supplement the Chaven Terms of Service. By purchasing a paid Chaven subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms.

Chaven may offer free and paid subscription plans. Current paid subscription options may include:

Chaven Plus — $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year.

Chaven Family — $14.99 per month or $149.99 per year.

Features included with each plan may change or be updated over time. The features, pricing, and billing period displayed at the time you purchase your subscription will apply to your purchase.

Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Paid Chaven subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each applicable billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription price and applicable taxes to your selected payment method at each renewal until you cancel.

The renewal period will generally correspond to the subscription you selected, such as monthly or annually.

Depending on where you purchase Chaven, subscription payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider or application marketplace, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized payment provider.

When a subscription is purchased through a third-party platform, your purchase may also be subject to that platform’s payment, subscription, cancellation, and refund terms.

You may cancel your paid Chaven subscription at any time.

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, cancellation must generally be completed through your Apple account subscription settings.

If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, cancellation must generally be completed through your Google Play subscription settings.

If Chaven offers subscriptions purchased directly through a Chaven-operated website, cancellation instructions will be available through your account or the applicable subscription management process.

Deleting the Chaven application from your device does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the terms of the platform through which you purchased your subscription, cancellation stops future automatic renewals.

You will generally continue to have access to your paid Chaven subscription through the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.

After the paid subscription period ends, your account may transition to the Chaven Free plan, if available.

Features or information exceeding the limits of the Free plan may become unavailable after your paid subscription ends. Chaven will handle retained personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-retention practices.

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged.

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests may be governed and processed by the applicable marketplace according to its policies.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Chaven may occasionally offer free trials, introductory pricing, promotional periods, or other special offers.

The specific terms presented with an offer will apply. If a trial automatically converts to a paid subscription, the applicable price, billing frequency, and cancellation requirements will be disclosed before enrollment.

Chaven House may change subscription prices from time to time.

When required, we will provide advance notice of a price change affecting an existing subscription. Any price change will become effective in accordance with the notice provided and applicable platform or legal requirements.

You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the updated price.

We may modify, improve, add, or discontinue subscription features as Chaven evolves.

If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will provide notice when required by applicable law.

If a payment cannot be processed, we or the applicable payment provider may attempt to process the payment again, request an updated payment method, suspend paid features, or transition the account to an available free service level, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.

These Subscription Terms should be read together with the Chaven Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict concerning billing or subscription management for a purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable marketplace requirements may also govern.

We may update these Subscription Terms periodically to reflect changes in Chaven’s services, subscription offerings, payment practices, or applicable requirements.

We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are made and provide additional notice when required.
